We’re reflecting with gratitude on an incredibly rewarding year in 2024— and we’re so thankful for every single contributor who helped us reach our goal raising over $30,000 during our 1,000 Dreams to 1,000 Realities year-end fundraising campaign!

We receive thousands of applications to our programs every year. Our 1,000 Dreams to 1,000 Realities year-end fundraiser is critical for supporting so many bright, talented young women who are unable to take the next step toward their dreams due to financial limitations, lack of mentorship and guidance, and other missed opportunities. 

We’re especially grateful for the BIG matches made for 1,000 Dreams to 1,000 Realities at the end of 2024:

• $1,000 from our Board of Directors member, Phil Perkins
• $2,000 from our Board of Directors member, Lauren Bell

BroadcastHER’s Stream the Halls

To put it simply, there is an ever-expanding gap in financial funding and resources for women and femmes in the gaming and creator space. That’s why the work our BroadcastHER Initiative does to empower these individuals is so important.

Every year, our BroadcastHER community comes together for our annual fundraiser, Stream the Halls, to support those BIG dreams that need a critical boost. This year was no different as these creators dedicated their time — and streams — to raising funds all in the name of giving back.

With nearly $10,000 raised, 30-plus creators taking part, and even a tournament to mark the occasion, Stream The Halls is one of our favorite events of the year!

You never know what might happen during Stream the Halls, including one of our streamers, MorbidMind, getting a pie in the face as a fundraising incentive.

Future Fund: NextGen Women in Web3

Our groundbreaking Future Fund initiative was launched in October on International Day of the Girl in partnership with Ripple, the Giving Block, and Women and Weapons. It is designed to drive greater access to the rapidly evolving AI, blockchain, and emerging technology industries through grants, mentorship, and professional opportunities to high-potential women pursuing careers in this space! 

We were honored to partner with Nice Industries during Miami Art Week in December and share the stage with Visible Women and BitBasel to talk about women’s empowerment through technology and art.

We’re also grateful for a Future Fund match that happened at the end of 2024, where we received $10,000 from our partner, Ripple!

Ultimately, these successes are about way more than fundraising or donating; they are tangible actions that are reshaping industries and making dreams come true for the next generation of women change-makers.
