What is your dream?

My dream is to become a business and technology leader who builds digital solutions that expand access to opportunity, especially in emerging markets. I want to create platforms that increase financial inclusion, improve education, and empower women and underserved communities to participate fully in the digital economy. Long term, I hope to lead ventures that use innovation not just for profit, but as a tool for sustainable impact.

This win is more than recognition, it’s fuel. It strengthens my confidence, expands my network, and accelerates my journey toward building technology that changes lives.

What advice do you have for other women reaching for their dreams?

Don’t wait to feel ready. Start before you’re comfortable. Build the skills, ask the questions, apply for the opportunities even if you don’t check every box. The world often underestimates women, don’t join it. Bet on yourself early, and keep going even when the path feels uncertain. Progress compounds.
