I struggle with ADHD at times. I try to manage that by focusing more.

It means a whole lot to me because not everyone gets this opportunity.

What inspired you to want to be involved with Girls on the Rise?

I knew it could have a positive effect for my future.

How will funding from the 1,000 Dreams Fund help you reach your goals? In other words: Why is the opportunity to visit your prospective colleges important to your journey?

It will help me reach my dreams and get to where I want to be in life.

What schools will you use the funding to visit, and why?

I’ll be visiting Alabama State because this is my future college.
