What is your dream in gaming, esports, and/or content creation?

My dream is to build a career at the intersection of broadcasting technology and esports production. I want to learn the full technical and creative side of how live events come together and the broadcast elements that make an audience feel engaged. I would like to eventually be someone who helps lead those experiences from the inside. What draws me to production, specifically, is that it touches everything. You have to understand operations, broadcast, marketing, and the player experience to create lasting experiences, and I want to be the kind of person who can move between all of those and help make the whole thing feel cohesive and intentional.

But, honestly, the bigger piece of my dream is what I want to do with that platform once I have it. There are real gaps in this industry, especially for women and femmes, where the support systems just aren’t there yet. I don’t want to just navigate around that. I want to be part of building something more inclusive and authentic, because I genuinely believe the best gaming experiences come from teams and spaces that reflect the full range of people who love this industry.

Esports is still being shaped right now, and that’s exactly why I want to be in it.

Please share how winning support from 1,000 Dreams Fund is important to your dream and what impact it will have on your career?

This journey into esports and production has been something I’ve been building largely on my own, figuring things out as I go, finding opportunities where I can. Having the support of 1,000 Dreams Fund means that, for the first time, someone is formally saying, “We see what you’re building, and we believe in it.” This support means the world to me when trying to break into an industry without clear pathways.

Beyond that, I know this support opens doors I might not even know exist yet — opportunities I wouldn’t have found on my own, connections to people who are already doing the work I want to do, and a community of women who understand this path because they’re on it too.

Being around so many likeminded individuals is something I haven’t fully had yet, and I think it could completely change the trajectory of what’s possible for me. Ultimately, this support would let me go further, faster, and not just for myself. Everything I learn, every door that opens, every gap I’m able to close — I want to turn that into something that makes it easier for the next person coming up behind me. That’s the impact I’m working toward, and 1,000 Dreams Fund feels like exactly the kind of partner that understands that vision.
