What is your dream?

My dream is to build intelligent, data-driven production systems that make manufacturing more efficient, sustainable, and human-centered. By combining applied AI with digital production management, I want to help companies make smarter decisions, reduce waste, and create processes that work better for both people and technology.

What advice do you have for other women reaching for their dreams?

Don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Start with what you know, stay curious, and keep moving forward. Your background, your struggles, and your persistence are strengths. Own them and take up space.
