Women are underrepresented in STEAM. How can we change this?

We can change this by championing policy adjustments that foster gender equality within institutions and hiring companies. Additionally, we can empower young women by providing support and encouragement to pursue their dream careers. It’s crucial to provide networking opportunities, mentorships, and outreach programs to further facilitate their professional growth.
