What is your dream in gaming, esports, and/or content creation?

My dream is to work in esports creative film/broadcast and esports partnership.

This dream is quite ambitious, but I believe I can achieve this dream with time (I hope). I want to direct a show that will make fans worldwide jump up and down and carry moments throughout their lives.

I’ve had this dream to create stories that give you feelings. To create something that makes people feel the most basic part of being human is beautiful to me. When watching an impactful promo video that translates to a broadcast, it inspires me to create and say ‘I want to create.’

Please share how winning support from 1,000 Dreams Fund is important to your dream and what impact it will have on your career?

Winning this fellowship will help me learn more about esports broadcasting through workshops, mentors, and more. I will also learn more about myself as I go through this process. I am ready to learn and absorb it all!

The impact will most definitely be the knowledge that I can carry throughout my life. It inspires me to continue to do what I love and I hope to inspire others with my journey.

What advice do you have for women & femmes who want to work in gaming, esports, and/or content creation?

When things feel hopeless or if you start questioning your worth, know that things will align and your efforts do not go unnoticed. Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable. You’ve got this.

I have times when I doubt myself. I realize, though, that I can choose how to feel in a situation — or act on how to move forward. You have to believe in yourself because you are your biggest supporter and biggest critic.
