Oluwatomisin A., 22 – FUNDED

Meet Oluwatomisin A. (she/her), a New Face of Tech winner who is pursuing a Management Science degree at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

What is your dream?

My dream is to create inclusive spaces within tech entrepreneurship where underrepresented groups can access the resources, mentorship, and support necessary to succeed.

Please share how you feel about the win and what impact it will have on your career.

I am deeply honored and humbled to be selected as a New Face of Tech. This incredible recognition represents more than just an achievement — it is a testament to the importance of fostering diversity and inclusion in tech.

This scholarship empowers me to take significant strides towards my dream, and I am inspired to continue driving meaningful change in the tech industry while paving the way for others to follow.

What advice do you have for other women reaching for their dreams?

My advice is to dare to be brave and challenge society’s norms that often limit our potential. Women are capable of achieving extraordinary things, and it’s essential to believe in ourselves, our skills, and our unique talents.

Embrace the courage to push beyond the barriers that others may place on you and take bold steps toward your goals. Whether in tech, business, or any field, strive for innovation and make your mark. Your vision and passion can drive change — and your dreams are valid. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.
