Morgana N., 42 – FUNDED

Meet Morgana N., a Paliwal Club of 100 Music Scholar who is studying philanthropic leadership at Indiana University.
What is your dream?
My dream with launching Spotlight is to build a distinctive entertainment philanthropy consultancy that bridges the worlds of entertainment, culture, and charitable impact by:
- Partnering with artists, cultural institutions, and entertainment brands to design purposeful campaigns that raise both funds and awareness.
- Centering ethical, community-informed philanthropy so celebrity and entertainment projects genuinely benefit the people and causes they spotlight.
- Using research and practice in philanthropic leadership to help clients move beyond one-off charity events toward long-term, strategic social impact.
Please share how you feel about the win and what impact it will have on your career.
This award is both an affirmation and a launchpad. It validates my vision for my consultancy, Spotlight, and will directly fuel the training, creative projects, and partnerships that move my entertainment philanthropy career to the next level.
What advice do you have for other women reaching for their dreams?
Protect your vision, even before others fully see it. Say “yes” to opportunities that stretch you, ask for help sooner than feels comfortable, and build a circle that celebrates your wins and challenges your doubts. Your dream is not too much; it’s a roadmap. Take one brave, concrete step toward it every day. Remember: delay does not mean you’re behind, it’s preparation while you’re building.
