What is your dream in gaming and/or esports? 

I want to grow my stream and compete at the top level in my esport (Overwatch 2).

How will this award from the 1,000 Dreams Fund help you reach your goals? 

It will allow me to afford a better graphics card so I can stream at a higher quality.

What does being a 1,000 Dreams Fund – JBL Quantum Grant recipient mean to you? 

By receiving this grant, I can stream at a higher quality, and it supports me in my dream of playing competitively at the highest level.

Women are underrepresented in gaming and esports. What can we do to change this?

Awareness! Seeing positive female role models in esports who are “making it” makes you feel like you can do it, too — that you aren’t alone.

What are some of the challenges you have faced along the way? 

Sexism is the greatest challenge for me personally. People don’t take me seriously because they don’t think women can be good at video games. They’re wrong.

What advice do you have for women who want to work in the gaming or esports industry? 

Just keep at it! Don’t give up; elbow grease takes you further than you can imagine.

How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals? 

I don’t let anything deter me from my passion. I just keep trying my best each day.
