Meet Adelitta S. (she/her), a New Face of Tech winner who is studying computer science at University of South Florida.

What is your dream?

My dream is to build a meaningful career in technology where I can work on impactful, secure, and innovative systems while helping expand access to opportunities for women and underrepresented students in STEM.

Please share how you feel about the win and what impact it will have on your career.

This win reminds me that my hard work is seen and supported. It gives me the confidence and momentum to keep pursuing a career in tech with purpose and impact.

What advice do you have for other women reaching for their dreams?

Don’t wait until you feel fully ready to take the leap. Apply anyway, show up anyway, and have trust and faith that growth comes from action. Your background and your story are strengths, not obstacles.
