MentorHER: Dream Hour
A mentorship program connecting influential women with mentees.
Through our MentorHER: Dream Hour, 1,000 Dreams Fund connects ambitious women and students with influential women who are willing to give one hour of their time, experience, and perspective. These 1:1. 60-minute virtual mentoring sessions, workshops, and events are designed to build meaningful connections, confidence, and career-ready skills.
Our vision is bigger than a single mentoring session. Over the next three years, we aim to connect 300,000 women and students with the mentorship, resources, and opportunities they need to build what’s next. Give an hour. Grow a Dream.
How it works for mentors:

To be considered:
- You must be registered for MentorHER
- Complete the Dream Hour interest form, sent via email to our MentorHER registrants, during the recruitment window of your choice
