1,000 Dreams Fund supports up and coming talent following their dreams across a variety of industries. Our Entertainment Initiative and grant programs are designed to support leaders who are pursuing their dreams in industries focused on entertainment, media, gaming, & beyond, with a focus on serving those who face disparities and discrimination in correlation to misogyny and identity in these ever-expanding spaces.

1,000 Dreams Broadcast Cadetship in Partnership with Riot Games Remote Broadcast Center, Powered by AWS
1,000 Dreams Broadcast Cadetship in Partnership with Riot Games Remote Broadcast Center, Powered by AWS is a three month paid cadetship for potential applicants to help further their education along with a behind-the-scenes look at the esports and gaming industry via an on site cadetship at Riot Games’ Remote Broadcast Center, Powered by AWS in Seattle, WA. Additional training and mentorship experiences provided to help fuel their dreams.
Streams For Dreams Fundraisers
We’re looking for creators passionate about helping those in need reach their dreams in content creation, streaming, and beyond! All proceeds raised through these fundraisers will go to our BroadcasterHER Grant – a grant opportunity specifically for women & fems to help close the gender gap. 1,000 Dreams Fund’s BroadcastHER Academy (Powered by HyperX and Resurgens Gaming)
Our BroadcastHER Academy Fellowship for women & fems in Esports & Gaming (Powered by HyperX & Resurgens Gaming, the parent company of Ghost Gaming and Skillshot Media) provides a year-long fellowship program opportunity to potential applicants to help further their education. The program provides an experiential learning opportunity via an all-expense paid trip to the Games Week Georgia to spend shadowing the Skillshot Media team, virtual mentorship, & resources to reach their career dreams.
1,000 Dreams Fund’s BroadcastHER Grant
1,000 Dreams Fund created a grant specifically to support women & fems in content creation & livestreaming through financial assistance to help with the critical expenses. Eligible content creators who apply can received funding for costs such as travel to gaming conventions, educational conferences, hardware upgrades, and instructional programs related to creative or artistic pursuits.Our Mentors & Leaders
