Our Leadership Council is a special team dedicated to supporting the mission of 1,000 Dreams Fund by providing an expanded professional network for our women, professional and personal connections for the Gaming & Esports Initiative, and resources to help our women achieve their dreams. Our BroadcastHER Initiative was created to support women including cis women, trans women, trans feminine, and those who face disparities and discrimination in correlation to misogyny and identity.

In 2022 for the first-time ever this group joined 1,000 Dreams Fund in our mission to help the women we serve reach their dreams through the work they do with us throughout the year. But NOW we’re looking for our Leadership Council for 2023!

Our Leadership Council members:

• Introduce 1DF to others in their network with an interest in the mission
• Offer professional advice to the Fund as needed in areas of their professional expertise
• Personally contribute to the BroadcastHER Initiative via donations, fundraising, participation in events, providing their services, etc.
• Advocate for 1,000 Dreams Fund in ways that raise the profile of the organization.
• Service as a mentor, when available, to one of our BroadcastHER beneficiaries to provide advice and perspective on their personal and professional goals.
• Participate in at least one (1) 1DF led event annually. Such as but not limited to: a monthly Dream Stream interview, annual Gaming & Esports Summit, Program announcements, four annual fundraisers, etc.

Our Dream Team receives updates and oppportunities monthly March – December 2023. Our Leadership Council applications close April 21st, 2023.
