1DF’s Future Fellowship for NextGen Women in Web3 & AI
The Future Fellowship is a groundbreaking initiative launched designed to onboard more young women into the rapidly evolving Web3 and AI industries. Our research shows that over 50% of women lack easy access to funding to pursue their dreams in full. The Future Fellowship aims to change this by providing direct support to talented women eager to break into Web3, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
The program will award over 100 women with fellowships including:
- $1,000 in microgrants to fund their Web3 education and training.
- One-on-one mentorship with leading industry executives.
- Opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and employment with partner organizations in crypto, blockchain, and related STEAM fields.
The mission of the Future Fellowship is to empower high potential young women and femmes to break into the emerging web3 and AI industries
Eligibility
The applicants eligible for assistance shall be women & femmes currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year college/university, or graduate school in the United States. Early career individuals or recent grads also encouraged to apply! Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Selection will be based on application contents, financial need and information gathered. Previous recipients are not eligible to reapply for this scholarship.
