This marks our first official scholarship collaboration with TIAA, building on a meaningful relationship that has already made an impact.

Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders

The Bold Futures Scholarship is designed to support current undergraduate and graduate students who are actively pursuing careers in high-growth, high-impact business industries.

Together, 1DF and TIAA are working to expand access to career-building opportunities while removing financial barriers, and helping cultivate a strong, diverse talent pipeline for the future.

What the Scholarship Covers

Each scholarship recipient will receive a one-time award of $1,000 to support educational expenses that extend beyond tuition. These funds are so valuable because they give students the chance to unlock opportunities that can accelerate their academic and professional growth.

For example, the scholarship could be used for:

• Educational conferences and events
• Instructional programs related to academic or research pursuits
• Exam, application, or certification fees
• Textbooks and more!

The goal is to provide access to experiences and resources that elevate a student’s educational journey.

Key Dates

• Application Opens: April 29, 2026
• Application Deadline: June 5, 2026
• Winners Announced: On or around June 15, 2026

A total of ten (10) scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded.
