Join 1,000 Dreams Fund for Our 2025 ‘Streams for Dreams’ Fundraiser with Twitch Women’s Guild

Women’s History Month 2025 is right around the corner, and we’re thrilled to announce the return of our annual Streams for Dreams charity fundraiser!

While the fundraising takes place during the whole month of March, this incredible initiative officially kicks off with Twitch Women’s Guild members from March 7-9.

The Important Impact of Streams for Dreams

For the second year in a row, we’re teaming up with the Twitch Women’s Guild to raise funds for our BroadcastHER Initiative — a program designed to uplift women and femmes in content creation.

Each grant awards up to $1,500 to support recipients with essential needs such as hardware upgrades, equipment purchases, and travel to major industry conventions.

Bigger Goals, More Dreams!

But here’s the thing: We’re pushing our impact even further this year! At least 75% of all funds raised during Streams for Dreams 2025 will be granted to Twitch Women’s Guild members this spring — helping them attend TwitchCon 2025!

Twitch CEO Dan Clancy gave a huge shout out to 1,000 Dreams Fund when he spoke of our partnership with the Twitch Women’s Guild last year during TwitchCon 2024’s Opening Ceremony!

Last year, we raised more than $37,000 and sent more than 20 members to TwitchCon 2024. Check out our recap here! But this year, you better believe we’re dreaming even bigger!

We had so much fun with our BroadcastHER Grant 2024 beneficiaries and fundraisers from this past Women’s History Month 2024 at TwitchCon 2024.

Twitch Women’s Unity Guild members @MelaninQueenLay, @sheilur, and @Cheesecake_EXE pose in front of our banner at TwitchCon 2024, featuring them as one of our BroadcastHER Grant 2024 winners!

This year we’re dedicating 75% of all funds to the Twitch Women’s Unity Guild members, with at least 25% of those funds going to trans women. The remaining funds will be disbursed to our other BroadcastHER Grant applicants – helping them reach their dreams!
