Giving Season Is Here! Help Make “Dreams Come True” with 1,000 Dreams Fund’s Year-End Giving
Giving Tuesday is tomorrow — December 2, 2025 — and it marks the official launch of the giving season. So, there’s no better day to kick off our 1,000 Dreams Fund year-end giving campaign: “Dreams Come True” — and we’re calling on our community to help us finish the year strong and step boldly into 2026.
For more than NINE years, 1,000 Dreams Fund has been fueling the aspirations of talented, driven young women across the U.S. and around the world. And while we’ve supported thousands of dreams, the need for support has grown more than ever.
As we look back with gratitude and ahead with determination, we’re inviting you to partner with us in continuing this life-transforming work. When you give to our “Dreams Come True” campaign, you’re helping ensure that young women with big dreams don’t have to put them on hold because of financial barriers, lack of mentorship, or missed opportunities.
The Need Has Never Been Greater
Each year, thousands of bright young women turn to 1,000 Dreams Fund for support — and the need keeps growing. In 2025 alone, our 1,000 Dreams Scholarship Fund received more than three thousand applications from students who are capable, ambitious, and ready to lead, but need a boost to bring their dreams within reach.

Harmony D. — a Colgate Scholars recipient, who is studying dentistry at the Howard University College of Dentistry. What’s Harmony’s dream?
“My career goal is to become a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist who is focused on providing high-quality dental care while promoting oral health awareness — especially in underserved communities.”
Madison B. — a Paliwal Club of 100 Music recipient whose dream is to preserve the operatic music of women composers. How did your support transform Madison’s journey?
“Everyone knows Beethoven, Bach, Mozart… but there are many outstanding female composers whose music is just as beautiful, technical, and life-changing. I am so grateful for this grant because it enables me to record and publish so much of this music written by women. It allows me to include other people in this project and is jump-starting the research and publication part of my career.”
Ohgawdkate — a Twitch streamer, content creator and esports tournament organizer who received one of our BroadcastHER Academy Grants. How was Ohgawdkate empowered in her career pursuits?
“This support from 1,000 Dreams Fund provides me with resources, mentorship, and access to a network of experienced professionals who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of this industry. With their guidance, I’ll be able to expand the scope and impact of my events, grow my content, and reach new audiences while maintaining the values that I hold dear: inclusion, positivity, and community.”
Seun A. — who is studying integrative biology at Oregon State University. What’s Seun’s dream?
“My dream is to earn a Ph.D. and become a professor conducting innovative research in evolutionary genetics, using science to tackle global health challenges like neglected parasitic diseases. I also hope to mentor the next generation of scientists, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds.”
Purandhya S. — a Paliwal Club of 100 STEAM recipient whose dream is to be a memorable filmmaker. How did your support transform Purandhya’s journey?
“I am truly honored to be a recipient of this fund. This will greatly help me in covering some of the post-production costs associated with my thesis film, as I will be graduating with an MFA in Film & TV Production at Loyola Marymount University.”
