About Our Future Fellows

The Future Fellowship for NextGen Women in Web3 & AI is a groundbreaking initiative launched designed to onboard more young women into the rapidly evolving Web3 and AI industries. Our research shows that over 50% of women lack easy access to funding to pursue their dreams in full. The Future Fellowship aims to change this by providing direct support to talented women eager to break into Web3, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

The program will award over 100 women with fellowships including:

  • $1,000 in microgrants to fund their Web3 education and training.
  • One-on-one mentorship with leading industry executives.
  • Opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and employment with partner organizations in crypto, blockchain, and related STEAM fields.
