Welcome Twitch Guilds! Apply for the BroadcastHER Grant!

This specific link and form is set ONLY for members of the Twitch Unity Guilds. Please DO NOT share this link outside of the group.

By applying below, you are applying for one of the grants allocated to the guild. Our selection process will happen in June and we will provide further updates via email. Any additional questions can be submitted to the team at BroadcastHER@1000DreamsFund.org or via Discord!

Purpose: 1DF created a grant specifically to support women & fem-identifying content creators in March of 2018. The 1,000 Dreams Fund BroadcastHER Grant provides financial assistance to eligible women & fems to help with expenses such as travel to gaming conventions, educational conferences, hardware upgrades, and instructional programs related to creative or artistic pursuits. This grant is not intended for everyday expenses (e.g., utility bills, food costs) or costs related to medical care. Our grant was created to support women including cis women, trans women, and trans feminine, as well as those who face disparities and discrimination in correlation to misogyny and identity.

Criteria: To be eligible for this grant you must be a content creator on a public platform such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok AND a member of the Twitch Unity Guilds. We will aim to highlight applicants that are currently enrolled in high school, a two-year, four-year college/university or graduate school where possible (but not a requirement)! Applications must include answers explaining how the grant would be used. Selection will be based on application contents and financial need. International applicants are welcome!

Guidelines: Applications must be submitted by the deadline below to be considered for that year.

Amount: 75% of our grant pool fundraiser in 2026 distributed in the form of grants of a minimum of $500 to a maximum of $1,500 will be awarded each year. At least 25% of these grants funded will be for Trans Women! All remaining funds go to our general grant pool. Grants are not renewable, however, non-selected applicants may re-apply.

Deadline: April 24th, 2026 at (11:59PM) midnight EST. Winners to be announced shortly after the closing no later than May 30th, 2026 and grants to be disbursed by June 30th, 2026!

Our BroadcastHER Dream Team member and BroadcastHER Grant Recipient, PopNoTarts, has put together a list of tips that you can review before you submit your application if you need a helping hand! Read Application Tips From PopNoTarts.
