Mentorship is a powerful catalyst — and too many students lack access to it. That’s where you come in. We’re inviting mentors to pledge the number of hours they’ll dedicate to mentoring in 2026 through our 1,000 Dreams Fund “Mentor-Raiser”.

Whether you commit to one hour or more, your time can open doors, boost confidence, and spark new career pathways. Our mentoring program pairs high school, college and graduate students with professionals and executives for a one-time, one-hour, 1:1 virtual mentorship session.

You’ll be matched with a student pursuing their dreams and gain the opportunity to make a direct, measurable difference in their future — all in just 60 minutes.
