We’re so excited to introduce you to our 1,000 Dreams Fund 2024 Dream Team!
The 1,000 Dreams Fund mission is to fuel the dreams of talented women in need. That mission comes to life in the various programs we run that provide critical investments, whether in the form of funding, mentorship or experiential learning opportunities that lead to employment.
Our 1DF Dream Team program provides an expanded network for our BroadcastHER Initiative through both professional and personal connections along with resources to help women & femmes achieve their dreams.

Not only will these Dream Team members serve as exemplified leaders for women and folks in esports, gaming, broadcasting, and beyond through their support of the BroadcastHER Initiative, they will also get a behind-the-scenes look at all things 1,000 Dreams Fund.
Our most committed members will be offered opportunities to join us in person at events like TwitchCon, DreamHack, and more!
