At 1,000 Dreams Fund (1DF), we’re dedicated to empowering young women by providing mentorship opportunities that bridge the gap between their dreams and reality. Our latest MentorHER Workshop: Tech Careers in an AI-Powered World was an incredible example of this mission in action!

This exclusive, virtual event brought together ambitious young women from our 1DF community, particularly those with a keen interest in STEM and technology careers. They had the invaluable opportunity to learn from and engage with Nitya Gupta, the Executive Director of Product Management at NetApp, a powerhouse in the tech industry with extensive experience in CRM, AI/data management, and cloud computing.

Meet Nitya Gupta: A Tech Industry Leader

Nitya Gupta’s impressive career spans some of the most influential tech companies in the world. With a background in engineering and product management, she has held leadership roles at Amazon, T-Mobile, British Telecom, Tech Mahindra and currently at NetApp, shaping the future of technology through her expertise in data-driven solutions, AI/machine learning, and Go-to-Market technologies.

As the Executive Director of Product Management at NetApp, she focuses on innovative cloud and AI solutions that drive efficiency and transformation in businesses worldwide.

Her wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience made her the perfect mentor for our community members who are looking to break into tech careers — especially in a rapidly evolving, AI-powered landscape.
