As we look back this past year and mark our ninth year of empowering young women nationwide and globally, we are both humbled and inspired by how far we’ve come — and energized by what’s ahead.

Our Annual Report serves as such an exciting reminder of what we’ve accomplished together, and inspiration for all to come. Through our three core pillars — FundHER, MentorHER, and HireHER — we continue to serve hundreds of women every year.

A few highlights we’re so proud of:

• We’ve made grants to women in 21 countries and 46 states.
• We’ve provided 2,600+ hours of mentorship.
• We’ve granted $1.1 million in microgrants and scholarships since our launch!

At 1,000 Dreams Fund, our mission has always been clear: to help women in need reach their dreams. To us, that means opening the doors of opportunity for talented high school, college, and graduate-level women by providing greater access to education, mentorship, and career readiness opportunities.

Over these last nine years, we’ve become a trusted resource — delivering transformative funding, mentorship, and programs that support and elevate women in their educational and professional journeys, especially in industries where they remain underrepresented like tech, gaming, and esports.
