1,000 Dreams Fund Unveils Student Advisory Board for 2024 – 2025

We are so excited to introduce you to our 2024 – 2025 Student Advisory Board (SAB).

One of the ways we continue to empower young women to go after their dreams is through this board. Our SAB provides a platform for members to make new connections, meet mentors and find scholarship opportunities — while helping others do the same!

Each school year, we recruit students from all 50 states to serve on our Student Advisory Board — and as ambassadors of our work. These emerging leaders represent their peers in high school, college, and graduate school.

While the members are from diverse backgrounds, what they have in common is a strong sense of purpose and an unwavering commitment to our core values: empowering other young women with big dreams.

We’re so passionate about activating this group to make a difference. They work together with our 1DF team to develop new strategies for sharing our important mission to their school campuses and communities while gaining invaluable experience working with our nonprofit.

Most exciting, the group helps make our annual 1,000 Dreams Scholarship Fund decisions! This talented group of students represent the next generation of leaders who will help shape the future of women’s advancement in education and the workforce.

This year marks a significant milestone for 1DF as we expand our Student Advisory Board to accommodate the growing interest in our mission. We have 80 members this year, which is INCREDIBLE! It is our largest cohort to date, bringing together ambitious young women from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and academic pursuits.

Congratulations to the 2024 – 2025 Student Advisory Board!
