With our latest MentorHER Workshop, “The Blueprint to Getting Hired,” that’s exactly what we set out to provide!

On June 5, we gathered virtually for a power-packed session that focused on one critical goal: getting hired! The inspiring workshop was designed specifically for students and recent grads dreaming of landing that first job or breakthrough internship — and wondering how to truly stand out in a crowded market.

About the Workshop

Led by executive recruiter Jim Bollenbacher — Senior Partner at Bridgeway Search Group and a dedicated member of the 1,000 Dreams Fund Leadership Council — this MentorHER Workshop pulled back the curtain on what it really takes to go from job application to job offer.

Jim has overseen more than 3,000 interview processes in his career — and during this session, he shared the insider strategies that help candidates not just show up, but shine. 

Whether our attendees were aiming for their dream internship or navigating their first full-time job offers, Jim’s advice was filled with actionable steps for every part of the search.
