We’re so excited about the SIXTH year for our BroadcastHER Academy Esports & Gaming Fellowship Program for Women.

This year, we’re honored to present five Fellows with this game-changing career opportunity, in partnership with title sponsors HyperX and Skillshot Media and supporting partners MSI, Ghost Gaming, and Hitmarker.

And, it’s time to introduce you to our 2024 Fellows!

These five winners took part in a challenge that invited women and femme gamers and streamers to apply for our incredible prize package, including:

• A $500 microgrant from 1DF for their career pursuits in gaming
• Career coaching session with one assigned mentor from a partner
• An all-expense paid trip to Games Week Georgia for a life-changing, behind-the-scenes experience with the 1,000 Dreams Fund and Skillshot Media teams
• Laptop provided by supporting partner MSI to bridge access to critical hardware
• Resume reviews by supporting partner Hitmarker
• Additional “pop-up” event opportunities with 1DF partners throughout the year
• And so much more!

This Fellowship is a literal game-changer — and it’s something we’re so proud to facilitate.
