1,000 Dreams Fund 2024 Annual Report: Celebrating Eight Years of Making Dreams Come True!
As we reflect on 2024 and celebrate EIGHT years of making dreams come true, we are so inspired. More inspired than ever!
We are inspired by the talented young women whose lives we impacted; we’re inspired by you — our supporters and partners — who make it all possible; and we’re inspired by all the remarkable achievements still to come.
This year has been filled with incredible milestones, and we’re so excited to recap them for you in our Annual Report.
A few highlights that we are so proud of:
- We’ve made grants to women in 10 countries and 41 states.
- We’ve provided 1,000+ hours of mentorship.
- We’ve granted $1 million in microgrants and scholarships since our launch!
Another major win for us in 2024 was receiving the Charity of the Year Award by popular vote for our work supporting women and femmes in gaming and esports. In addition, we proudly launched our ElevateHER Awards, honoring individuals who are making tremendous strides in advancing women in their workplaces and communities.
And through our three core pillars — FundHER, MentorHER, and HireHER — we continue to serve hundreds of women every year.
You’ll read more on all of these things — and so much more — in the pages of our Annual Report. As you read through it, remember to place yourself in the broader picture of our impact and recognize the role you’ve played in our collective success.
Our mission remains to open doors for high school, college, and graduate-level women in need — particularly in industries where women remain underrepresented. Let’s continue to make dreams a reality in 2025 — and you can start now by making a donation to our year-end ‘1,000 Dreams To 1,000 Realities’ campaign.
Our year-end fundraiser is critical for supporting so many bright, talented young women who are unable to take the next step toward their dreams due to financial limitations, lack of mentorship and guidance, and other missed opportunities.
With every donation gifted during this fundraiser, your contribution will be matched up to $2,000. Thanks to 1,000 Dreams Fund Board Member Lauren Bell, who chose the gift of a dream, together you can make double the impact!
